The Preventer of Harm
ٱلْمَانِعُ
Explanation
The one who withholds and prevents things from happening in order to protect and guard. His prevention is an act of wisdom and care.
In the Quran
أَمَّنۡ هَٰذَا ٱلَّذِي يَرۡزُقُكُمۡ إِنۡ أَمۡسَكَ رِزۡقَهُۥۚ بَل لَّجُّواْ فِي عُتُوّٖ وَنُفُورٍ
"Or who is it that could provide for you if He withheld His provision? But they have persisted in insolence and aversion"
