The Judge
ٱلْحَكَمُ
Explanation
The one who is the ultimate and most just judge. His decrees are perfect, wise, and cannot be overturned. He provides the final ruling on all matters.
In the Quran
ٱللَّهُ يَحۡكُمُ بَيۡنَكُمۡ يَوۡمَ ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ فِيمَا كُنتُمۡ فِيهِ تَخۡتَلِفُونَ
"Allah will judge between you on the Day of Resurrection concerning that over which you used to differ"
