The Abaser
ٱلْخَافِضُ
Explanation
The one who lowers the arrogant and the tyrants. He humbles those who are proud and rebel against His commands.
In the Quran
ثُمَّ رَدَدۡنَٰهُ أَسۡفَلَ سَٰفِلِينَ
"Then We return him to the lowest of the low"
